What do we need to improvise on stage and in life? Each of the speakers brings you their own toolbox and current exploration, all year round, with the presence of surprise guests. If some of these “Freedom Practices” differ, a common passion for DANCE-IMPROVISATION is gathered here, every Wednesday. Including and going beyond the sole question of sport, entertainment or well-being, it attempts to open up new channels of communication between humans and all their genres, non-humans and the elements. To a new language, and therefore perhaps to new subjects, to new objects which would remain unnamed, which would await the involvement of our endocrine, neurological, aesthetic, spiritual, imaginary and creative systems. In addition to this, you will need to know more about it. These workshops follow on from the Post-Ballet which has existed in Marseille for more than 10 years, under the leadership of Mathilde Monfreux and Alessandro Franceschelli, and with the support of a core of enthusiasts, with the aim of disseminating and developing the practice of Contact-Improvisation in the Marseille metropolis. Between "amateur" and professional practices, these workshops allow to open the borders and to offer each year time of resources, public sharing, jams, festive evenings or performances. We strive here to have attention for all bodies, all genders and all levels, to use inclusive speech and to carry rates for any wallet.
